For
a telecommunications equipment supplier, Marconi Pacific conducted an
in-depth assessment for a new channel using a co-creation methodology.
Numerous customers were seeking value-added services to better utilize
the equipment being sold by our client. After a global survey we
selected major telecom operator/customer in India as a test case. We
met with the customer and worked with the client sales, service and
product team and designed a new offering that included cloud data
storage, a new test and measurement platform and dashboard and new
professional services.
